In 2017, Naperville couple Jeff and Nikki Schultz saw an opportunity: Cookie Dough Creations–a downtown Naperville institution known for its edible, egg-free cookie dough–was up for sale. To preserve a beloved local business with deep roots and flavor, they stepped in and carried the torch.They joined a three-decade legacy, and today Jeff and Nikki are proud to continue the mission that began with founder Jim Bewersdorf in 1994.
